Here is a great video from the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD).
The SFPD has recently added a new training video to their curriculum, explaining bicyclists' legal rights and illustrating some common San Francisco cycling situations and the appropriate police attention they require. The San Francisco Bicycle Club was closely involved with the SFPD in producing the video.
